Recipe Numero Dos
So, as I mentioned I’ve been very interested in trying new recipes. This one wasn’t so much a recipe as an idea. The recipe was for Buffalo Wing Turkey Lettuce Wraps courtesy of “The Girl Who Ate Everything“‘s blog. I had ground beef leftover in my fridge so I decided to give lettuce wraps a try. I also didn’t have any feta cheese or bleu cheese dressing so I used Kraft Mexican blend cheese and no dressing. I really like this recipe because it’s low carb and low calorie. I’ve also heard a rumor that spicy foods speed up your metabolism. I also used some ground red pepper to spice it up. I thought the result was delectable although not exactly following the recipe. I think it still counts. ;)
